We begin all of our training sessions from the Athletic Complex. We will divide members into groups based on fitness level - beginners welcome! In addition for those who are unable to attend a training session, the workout will be available in the members only section of the website.

Individual goal setting based on specific measurable outcomes allows for the creation of a personalized training plan.
